In 2022, in collaboration with Hydroponics Association of Ghana, we launched a vital project in Accra, training farmers in modern hydroponics to foster empowerment and food security, especially for neglected youth. 🌱

CodeBridge Africa: Ellembelle Youth to Digital Innovators
**The Challenge:** While the Western Region of Ghana has a booming energy sector, local youth in districts like Ellembelle lack access to the digital skills needed for formal employment, leading to high unemployment and a skills mismatch.
**Our Solution:** A 12-month pilot to train 200 motivated youth (60% young women) in Web Development, Digital Marketing, and UI/UX Design, aiming for a 70% job placement rate.
Key Innovation: The Mobile Tech Bus 🚌
- A custom-outfitted classroom that brings **laptops, solar power, and satellite internet** directly to three underserved community hubs in Ellembelle.
- Removes geographical and infrastructural barriers to high-quality tech education.
